A BIG thank you to John A. Crookshank, Ketterlinus and Osceola Elementary Schools for partnering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Johns County. Because of you, we are able to help children facing adversity become responsible, productive citizens who are able to achieve lifelong success.
Click on the links below to print our program forms. When referring a child, remember that we cannot interview him/her until we receive consent from a parent/guardian. Also, we are required to collect referral forms for all children. Once both forms are complete, you may place them in the Big Brothers Big Sisters mailbox (Crookshank) or give them to your School Guidance Counselor (Osceola).
